How to Buy Land in Rote in 4 Steps

Step 1: Choose Your Plot Browse our listings or contact us directly and tell us your budget, preferred location, and vision. We will send you matching options with photos, maps, and pricing in your currency. Remote video tours are available.
Step 2: Reserve Your Land Once you have found the right plot, we sign a Letter of Intent and you place a deposit, typically 10 to 20 percent, to secure it while legal checks are completed.
Step 3: Legal Verification and Transfer A licensed Indonesian notary (PPAT) conducts full due diligence, verifies the land title, and prepares all transfer documents. If you are a foreign buyer, we set up the appropriate legal structure (PT PMA or other Options) so your ownership is fully protected.
