Secure the Deal

We sign a Letter of Intent (LOI) and you place a deposit (usually 10-20%) to reserve the land.

Legal Check & Transfer

A licensed notary handles all due diligence and paperwork. Once everything is verified, you sign the sales agreement and complete payment.

Get Your Land Certificate

The notary finalizes the ownership transfer. If you're a foreigner, we help you set up a legal structure (PT PMA or nominee) so you can safely hold the title. This can take up to 3 Months.
